Notary Services
Section 603.008 of the Government Code requires a Notary Public to keep posted the fees that a notary is authorized by law to charge. All services provided by Hope Signings will incur a travel charge separate from Texas notary fees.
Acknowledgments:
- Initial signature of each individual - $10
- Additional signature of each individual - $1
Jurats:
- Administering an oath or affirmation - $10
- Deposition of a witness, per 100 words - $1
- Swearing a witness to a deposition - $10
- Protesting a bill or note - $4
- Additional notice of protest - $1
- Certificate and seal - $4
Certified copy (copies made by the notary) - $10
Uncertified copy of an entry from a notary’s record book, per page - $1
Loan Signing Services

Single loan closing (Includes a 20-mile one-way trip and printing up to 200 pages of electronic documents) - $90
- Additional mileage fee after the first 20 miles (round trip) - $15
- Printing fee after the first 200 pages - $7
- Additional related loan closing - $25
- Additional unrelated loan closing at the same location - $10
- Travel and non-closing fee (Applies if the notary travels to the location and the borrower refuses to sign) - $55
- Cancellation fee for 2 hours or less notice - $20

- 11 – 20 miles: $50
- 21 – 30 miles: $60
- 31 – 40 miles: $70
- 41 - 50 miles: $80

Additional Fees (if applicable):
- Parking Fees (e.g., hospital, downtown/midtown): $10 flat fee
- Cancellation Fee: $25 (applied if the signer lacks valid ID, refuses to sign, is impaired, disqualified from signing, or if the appointment is canceled after the notary's arrival)
